Responsibilities
Developing future-focused strategies for automotive brands, with emphasis on Electrification, Connectivity, Mobility, and emerging trends.
Creating thought leadership content like whitepapers, articles, and presentations to articulate vision and insights into future trends.
Presenting strategies and insights to C-Level executives with robust backing and rationale.
Collaborating with VP of Product and VP of Technology to ensure alignment and coherence across all strategic initiatives.
Monitoring industry trends, market dynamics, and technological advancements for strategic decision-making.
Leading cross-functional teams in strategic planning exercises and workshops to develop actionable plans.

Required
Proven experience in strategic leadership roles, preferably within the automotive or digital industry.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and envision future trends, particularly in areas such as Electrification, Connectivity, and Mobility.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and strategies to diverse audiences, including C-Level executives.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform strategic decision-making.
Experience in producing high-quality thought leadership content, such as whitepapers, articles, and presentations.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Creative problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Drive and initiative to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering results.
Preferred
Previous experience in the automotive industry or related sectors.
Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends shaping the future of mobility.
Experience in working across multiple brands or business units within a large organization.
Advanced degree in business, strategy, or a related field.
