Responsibilities
Collaborate with Partners and Managing Directors to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Lead BDO pitch team and develop solutions for middle market and large company opportunities
Oversee and manage team responses to new business inquiries
Cross-sell various BDO services and assist in expanding Management Advisory Services offerings
Develop thought leadership through whitepapers and presentations relevant to clients and the profession
Drive exceptional client service and mentor staff on service delivery excellence
Prepare and execute BDO engagement strategy as project leader
Maintain strategic client relationships and ensure efficient project plans and controls
Review and approve engagement budgets, manage billings, and improve engagement efficiencies
Prepare presentations for client meetings, travel for project engagements, and fulfill other duties as required
Train MAS Managers, Senior Associates, and Associates on relevant software and processes
Evaluate performance and assist in professional development goal-setting
Lead MAS strategic initiatives, mentor staff, and maintain a positive attitude towards clients and firm personnel

Required
Bachelor’s degree, required; degree with a focus in Business, Accounting, Engineering or Supply Chain Management, preferred
Fifteen (15) or more years of relevant experience within operations, strategy, supply chain, and/or solutions delivery, required
Eight (8) or more years of experience planning, managing, executing and architecting multi-service line solutions including strategy, finance transformation, operations improvement, or digital transformation, required
Five (5) or more years’ experience working within company organizational leadership, C-Suite business or management advisory, required
Five (5) or more years’ experience in C- Level client sales, marketing and successfully managing multiple client pursuits and proposal efforts, required
Five (5) or more years’ experience in Advisory Consulting, required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, required
Preferred
Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), preferred
