Responsibilities
Lead the structuring and execution of project financing, including debt, equity, and tax equity deals.
Collaborate with internal teams (development, legal, finance) to guide deal structures from project initiation to completion.
Negotiate and finalize financing agreements with investors and lenders.
Manage financial modeling, transaction structuring, and risk assessments.
Oversee due diligence efforts and maintain relationships with financial institutions and investors.

Required
5+ years of experience in structured finance or similar deal-making roles.
Full transaction experience with debt, equity, and structured financing instruments.
Strong financial modeling and deal structuring skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
