Responsibilities
Meets daily with project crews to review production schedule and confirm availability of materials, equipment, and resources.
Collects, coordinates, and analyzes project data to ensure compliance with quality and contract specifications.
Provides technical input for project work plan, scheduling, and risk identification.
Evaluates daily production, schedule, and budget projections to track project performance accurately.
Notifies team members of schedule changes and recommends solutions.
Remits accurate project quantity input and manages cost coding for project financial reporting.
Reviews and approves daily timecards for construction crews.
Reviews project specifications for quality assurance and manages required documentation.
Plans field layout, initiates permits, and conducts Job Hazard Analysis for a safe work environment.
Assists with project schedules, design drawings, and subcontractor coordination.
Reconciles job close-out checklist and maintains knowledge of Company values.
Attends weekly safety meetings, presents field analysis, and assists in development as needed.

Required
Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
1+ years of construction engineering experience required.
Beginner knowledge of construction equipment & techniques, drawing & specifications, building materials and required standards applicable to the project.
Ability to assume responsibility, interface and communicate effectively with others.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Skill in verbal and written communication needed.
Proven self-starter and self-motivated to learn and grow knowledge.
Knowledge of construction scheduling and production time management
Construction engineering experience or knowledge required.
