Setting up appointments for prospective students to visit one of our schools
Engaging in active listening with callers
Confirming or clarifying information to build strong connections with prospective students
Asking probing questions
Responding effectively and accurately to overcome objections
Ensuring prospective students feel supported
Managing many different personality types

Required
Exceptional customer service, active listening, and good verbal and written communication skills.
Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information to build strong connections with prospective students.
Ability to ask probing questions, respond effectively and accurately to overcome objections, and ensure prospective students feel supported.
Outgoing friendly personality.
Ability to manage many different personality types.
Computer Knowledge.
The ability to work a varying schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A laptop or desktop with Win 10 or higher (cannot be a MAC or Chromebook).
A minimum internet download speed of 20 Mbps.
