Responsibilities

Closeout the backlog of subcontracts for the acquisition services group.

Track and report out the number of subcontracts completed weekly.

Document the closeout files as needed for the closeout to be completed.

Help answer internal questions on policy/procedures.

Help preparation for PERT.

Help with the PPC mailbox and customer help desk.

Help gather information for new compliance requirements and documents.

Work with the compliance manager to accomplishing tasks needed for this group.

Meet weekly to report out the progress of all compliance issues in progress and not started.

Train with Subject matter expert to be prepared to support compliance issues.

Required

High School degree plus 3-5 years related experience required.

Valid Colorado driver’s license.

Ability to work with high volume workload and quick turnarounds.

Ability to work down a list of tasks.

Customer service skills.

Project solving skills.

Must be US citizen.

Successful drug screening.

Preferred

Government policy/process knowledge.

M&O knowledge.

DEAR/FAR.

Closeout or Compliance experience.
