Responsibilities

Conduct a detailed fact-check review of AI-generated and/or shared learning material, covering one competency at a time.
Verify the accuracy of facts, claims, data, statistics, figures, quotes, names, places, and descriptions of current or recent events.
Provide detailed feedback about inaccuracies and propose corrections, citing at least two primary published resources.
Identify accessibility barriers and issues in course content, assessments, and the client’s platforms or websites.
Suggest actionable solutions to address accessibility challenges, adhering to accessibility standards.
Work closely with curriculum developers, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to improve course content.
Provide feedback on the clarity, accuracy, and relevance of learning materials.
Ensure content supports engaging and interactive learning experiences for students studying web design fundamentals.
Align materials with best practices in web design, programming, and IT principles.

Required

Master’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Information Technology Management, or a closely related field (earned within the last 10 years).
Over 7 years of experience as an IT programmer or faculty member teaching at the master’s level in IT or IT management.
Expertise in web design principles, programming, and IT fundamentals.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices for online content.
Strong research skills for validating facts and references.
Excellent written communication skills for providing detailed feedback and proposed corrections.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines on short-term projects.

Preferred

PhD preferred.
Experience with fact-checking, content development, or educational material review is a plus.
