Responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert for enterprise risk management initiatives and process improvements.
Assist the government lead with updates to the enterprise risk register.
Assess and facilitate enterprise risk discussions, as needed.
Assist clients in understanding and identifying risk appetite, priorities, thresholds, responses, and key risk indicators.
Perform program audits, cost benefit, and risk analysis studies, as needed.

Required
At least ten (10) years of experience in establishing, implementing, and/or advising senior executives on enterprise risk management practices is preferred.
Serve as the subject matter expert for enterprise risk management initiatives and process improvements.
Assist the government lead with updates to the enterprise risk register. Assess and facilitate enterprise risk discussions, as needed. Assist clients in understanding and identifying risk appetite, priorities, thresholds, responses, and key risk indicators. Perform program audits, cost benefit, and risk analysis studies, as needed.
A relevant Master‘s Degree (Risk Management, Business, Management, or related field). Twelve (12) years of applicable experience may be substituted for degree requirements.
Ten (10) or more years of hands-on expert level experience planning, executing, and/or advising senior executives on enterprise risk management practices is preferred.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Experience working in a collaborative environment.
Strong oral and writing skills, including the ability to translate different information types to diverse audience types and develop executive level presentations, and experience interacting with and presenting to senior leaders/stakeholders within an organization.
Strong management analysis, problem solving, analytical, forward thinking, organizational, visualization, and interpersonal skills.
Strong skills in the following key areas: strategic thinking, multi-tasking, negotiation, conflict management, time management, planning and executing to a defined schedule/budget.
