Responsibilities
Join our mission and discover why ALSAC is one of the most trusted nonprofit brands in the industry.
Over the course of 10 weeks, interns are paired with a day-to-day manager and given significant assignments, gaining a true understanding of what it means to be part of ALSAC/St. Jude.
Throughout the internship, interns will connect with innovators across ALSAC, learning the art of Design Thinking.
Working in teams, they will engage in creative sessions and prepare to present their projects to ALSAC’s CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
You’ll be working alongside the team as they work with vendors, analyze data and enable ALSAC employees and guests to travel around the world.
Projects include working with the team to update Traveler Profiles, policies, resources, and iterating on a team knowledge base in Confluence.
Tasks include making updates in our TMC software (Egencia), calculating team metrics, creating reports, updating the team knowledge base and assisting with annual team goals.

Required
A passion for our mission!
Must be undergraduate, graduate, or graduation as of Spring 2025.
Comfortable with Zoom and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Active participation in the Summer Intern Innovation Project through cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred
Majors preferred: Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Computer Science.
Experience working with Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA and Confluence.
Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken), presentation skills, interpersonal savvy and executive presence.
