Responsibilities
Work with vendors, analyze data and enable ALSAC employees and guests to travel around the world.
Update Traveler Profiles, policies, resources, and iterate on a team knowledge base in Confluence.
Make updates in TMC software (Egencia), calculate team metrics, create reports, update the team knowledge base and assist with annual team goals.

Required
A passion for our mission!
Must be undergraduate, graduate, or graduation as of Spring 2025.
Comfortable with Zoom and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Active participation in the Summer Intern Innovation Project through cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred
Majors preferred: Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Computer Science.
Experience working with Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA and Confluence.
Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken), presentation skills, interpersonal savvy and executive presence.
