Responsibilities
Utilize the ServiceNow platform to manage the complete lifecycle of assets, from procurement to retirement.
Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow Asset Management processes and workflows.
Collaborate with managed service providers to ensure timely onboarding and offboarding of employees and contractors within the organization.
Assist in automation and process time reduction of standard onboard/offboard activities in ServiceNow.
Collaborate with vendors/procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of assets.
Establish and maintain an accurate inventory of all organizational assets.
Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and regulatory requirements.
Work with IT and business units to optimize asset utilization and reduce unnecessary expenditures.
Collaborate with IT teams, finance, and other relevant departments to gather information and insights for effective asset management.
Communicate asset management policies and procedures to relevant stakeholders.

Required
Working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Desire to learn the IT asset management function.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team and interact effectively with various stakeholders.
1-2 years of relevant experience
High school or equivalent
Preferred
Prefer experience with ServiceNow.
