Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the EHS/OH Software System (Cority)

Ensure data consistency and integrity across various data sources

Perform regular audits and clean-up activities

Develop and generate customized reports and dashboards for tracking of key EHS/OH metrics and performance indicators

Utilize data visualization techniques to present information in a clear and concise manner.

Provide timely and accurate reports to support decision-making and regulatory compliance.

Analyze data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement and enhancements required to our software application use.

Develop data-driven insights to inform strategic EHS & OH initiatives

Prepare and develop documentation to support analytics software and analytics processes such as documenting findings, workflows and other training materials

Required

Current undergraduate or master’s student pursuing occupational health and safety, health informatics, public health, health management systems, health analytics or a related discipline, and must be enrolled in Fall 2025 classes

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Self-motivated, driven individual who is comfortable working in a global fast paced environment

Innovative, forward-thinker who excels at envisioning new ideas and solutions

Exceptional project management skills with strong attention to detail

Comfortable working autonomously and with ambiguity

Experience with data mining and statistical analysis techniques

Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, SQL)

Preferred

Working knowledge with EHS Software Systems (Cority, Enablon, Intelex etc.) is desirable, but not required

Understanding and experience in EHS, OH or healthcare is desirable, but not required

Experience with healthcare software systems and/or electronic health record (EHR) systems and end-user workflow optimization is desirable, but not required
