Responsibilities
Manages and carries out the personnel actions for direct reports, including but not limited to hiring and scheduling; training and evaluating; coaching and managing performance; making salary, merit, or other compensation recommendations for team of direct reports; and making recommendations and/or taking corrective or disciplinary action as appropriate
Observe individual team members and provide regular encouragement and support in a manner that recognizes success and stellar performance as well as identifies areas of improvement in a positive manner.
Provide on the spot performance coaching.
Create an engaging culture that empowers all team members thrive in.
Communicate to team members on a daily basis in order to establish clear expectations, recognition their performance and to keep your team updated on organizational changes that impact their roles.
Ability to manage a team in a remote environment.
Provide support to Manager, which should include defining and developing team members’ career goals and objectives.
Create motivating ideas and functions to keep team morale high and focused on company service objectives.
Raise the bar when it comes to the service we provide to our Employers and Brokers, through ongoing education of our products and services.
Attend and contribute to ongoing education classes.
Represent Client Services in cross functional teams and projects as required.
Take escalated calls from Employers and Brokers
Oversee Customer Satisfaction Results and address escalated cases in within 1-2 business days .
Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Required
Bachelor’s degree and/or 4 + years related experience.
Extensive experience with one or more of HealthEquity platforms and products.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Quick learner, and must be technologically savvy.
Motivated and able to work in a fast paced, high-stress environment while still providing stellar service to employers, brokers, and team.
Must be passionate about Client Services mission to provide service that delights and drives loyalty to HealthEquity.
Must be confident and engaging.
Must have the ability to keep team morale high, particularly through busy season.
