Responsibilities
Supervises day-to-day operations of the Finance Systems subledger team
Responsible for managing and prioritizing the incident/request process from inception to closure and monitor response / resolution times.
Oversees Problem Management issues and ensures management awareness and customer communication.
Assists in compiling and reporting on key performance metrics related to production support.
Implements and reinforces adherence to compliance, policies and procedures related to department.
Identify workflow opportunities, present recommendations, and implement changes for continuous improvement.
Balances workload to optimize the effectiveness of Finance Systems Department.
Leads and participates in workgroups to implement new requirements and resolve issues through technology.
Engages with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment with strategic plans and priorities, including priority of enhancements and allocation of resources.
Maintains and promotes quality relationships with internal team and external vendors.
May participate in development of annual departmental budget, monitor budget, and/or identify budget discrepancies and provides potential solutions.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Five (5) years experience of progressive responsibility in a business environment with demonstrated technical knowledge that provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities required.
One (1) year supervisory or leadership experience in business is required.
Preferred
Certification or progress toward related certification(s) is highly preferred and encouraged.
Bilingual skills preferred.
