Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) team
Train, supervise, evaluate, and motivate Telemed Nurses and Case Managers
Cultivate professional relationships with internal and external customers
Review and develop policies and procedures to enhance efficiency within the RPM program
Provide supervision for RPM Registered Nurses, Desk Case Managers, and Technicians

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
Current New York State Registered Nurse license
Preferred
Experience in home care management or clinical expertise in a supervisory role
Familiarity with technologies used in Remote Patient Monitoring programs
