Responsibilities
Supervise, direct, coordinate, evaluate and ensure proper functioning of the IT support team, data analysis team and reporting unit
Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of internal and external report deliverables
Manage scheduled and ad hoc reporting needs of the organization
Prepare and communicate operational analyses to multiple Leadership levels on performance metrics and identified opportunities for improvement
Engage, direct, and support the professional growth of a team of motivated professionals utilizing available organizational tools
Execute and manage the completion of large reconciliation tasks
Responsible for the quality and completeness of data in core systems by performing and overseeing the auditing of data
Ensure consistency and optimal utilization of reporting, reporting processes, systems, performance metrics, data analysis, and overall operational functions
Oversee IT support systems at all call center locations including telephony, telecom liaison, hardware and software
Oversee large systems and data related projects
Lead and execute complex data related analytical projects to drive business decisions and efficiencies

Required
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience.
Knowledge of various data mining, reporting, and reconciliation tools and methodologies.
Advanced systems and software knowledge in MS Access and Excel applications.
Previous experience as a lead in a functional area or managing cross functional teams on large scale projects.
Preferred
Experience with SQL, VBA, SSRS, CRM, LVM, Business Objects, and data warehousing.
Medicare and Medicaid managed care experience.
