Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the team, establishing mutual goals and maintaining schedules

Oversee cash and credit posting activities to ensure timely and accurate submissions

Collaborate with management to set goals, objectives, and priorities within the assigned function(s)

Serve as a subject matter expert, resolving outstanding issues with cross-divisional teams

Generate and distribute reports related to cash and credit operations as needed

Bachelor’s Degree required

2-3 years of experience as a Senior Cash & Credit Posting Representative or Lead Cash & Credit Posting Representative; or 1-3 years of supervisory experience

Strong computer skills with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and email applications

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective interaction with all levels of management
