Responsibilities
Oversee daily cash and credit posting activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Supervise the operations of the team, including task assignment and schedule maintenance
Monitor and ensure compliance with reporting requirements through routine close processes
Collaborate with cross-divisional teams to resolve outstanding issues
Provide ongoing leadership and guidance to the assigned team

Required
Bachelor’s Degree required
2-3 years of experience as a Sr. Cash & Credit Posting Representative or similar role
1-3 years of supervisory experience
Strong computer skills with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and email applications
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
Positive, enthusiastic, and energetic attitude
Experience in coaching and developing team members
Strong interpersonal skills to lead cohesive and productive teams
