Responsibilities

Supervise the administrative support staff and reception, conducting regular meetings to review performance and provide feedback.

Collect, analyze, and distribute Career Compass reporting, data, and milestone management.

Establish program queries, present findings to staff, and submit statistical reporting to management.

Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to highlight trends, collaborate with the management team on prioritizing business needs, identify trends, and implement new systems to improve operations.

Evaluate and research aggregate milestones claims for accuracy, communicate findings to the Assistant Director and Director, and hire and train administrative staff.
