Responsibilities

Provide day to day support and supervision of the application staff.

Support the department and IS strategic goals, resource planning and utilization.

Support individual application road map success, implementation and optimization activities, and production support of applications within span of control.

Supervise, mentor and develop application analysts as well as other staff.

Support the overall integrity of their application build and infrastructure, the success of integrated third-party product introductions.

Focus on internal application teams and supporting the day-to-day functions for analyst caregivers to ensure their success.

2 years Information Service Leadership experience

4 years Working in a healthcare environment, Or 7 years application analyst experience in healthcare systems and/or equivalent healthcare software
