Required
One-year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level supervising or leading a team of software development technicians overseeing application design and quality assurance control/review for a conservation-based data system
Providing guidance on policy matters regarding data management of information related to data analysis, management, integration, and tools to address environmental and conservation problems and issues
Utilizing Endangered Species Act, Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act, and other natural resource conservation laws and authorities and communicating in writing
Providing program management oversight of projects to manage a complex data and decision support system
Experience must be clearly reflected in the resume
Must be a U.S. Citizen or National
Must obtain and maintain a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification within 6 months of appointment
Must possess and maintain a valid State driver's license
Must complete a one-year supervisory/managerial probationary period if not previously completed
Must complete a financial disclosure report requirement within 30 days of appointment
Individuals assigned male at birth after 12-31-59 must be registered for the Selective Service
