Responsibilities

Establishes guidelines and performance expectations for subordinate employees, which are clearly communicated through the formal employee performance management system.
Assigns work to be accomplished by subordinates; sets immediate priorities and prepares schedules for completion of work.
Planning, programming, budgeting, and execution in order to provide an in-depth analyses, review, and evaluation of assigned programs and activities and to analyze and resolve problems in all facets of assigned duties.
Coordinates with J9 DISA executives, senior leaders and strategic partners for the execution and coordination of a variety of comprehensive procurement and resourcing functions.
Manages and formulates project budget requirements and strategies for all aspects of the branch level functional areas.
Develops long-term plans, including financial plans, personnel and manpower plans, contract management plans, and operating budgets.

Required

Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered or exempt from Selective Service.
This national security position, which may require access to classified information, requires a favorable suitability review and security clearance as a condition of employment. Failure to maintain security eligibility may result in termination.
To qualify at the GG-14, your resume must describe at least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position.
Experience implementing and managing multiple support programs and personnel resources to include planning, programming, budgeting, and execution in order to provide an in-depth analyses, review, and evaluation of assigned programs and activities and to analyze and resolve problems in all facets of assigned duties.
Candidates must describe how they meet the qualifying experience and/or selective placement factor(s) within the body of their resume. All qualifications must be met within 30 days after the closing date of this announcement.
There is no substitution of education for the qualifying experience at the GG-14 grade level.
