Responsibilities
Responsible for development, execution, training, and maintenance of Reclamation's personal property management (moveable equipment, fleet, leasing) programs, policies, and best practices
Serve as primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including regional property officers, departmental representatives, and other federal agencies, to ensure cohesive and coordinated management of assets
Performs the full range of supervisory duties. Plans work to be accomplished, set priorities, and establish schedules for work completion

Required
You must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. National.
You must be suitable for federal employment, determined by a background investigation.
You must submit a resume and supporting documentation.
To qualify at the GS-14, you must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and complexity to at least the GS-14 level in federal service having demonstrated experience independently performing the following work on a routine basis: Managing an extensive workload and providing higher level guidance in support of a property management program or Bureau headquarter office; Supervising a property management program or organization that develops and implements policies, conducts evaluations, performs internal control reviews; and Manages a personal property or a fleet management program. Incumbent must have knowledge and experience with Departmental and other property management rules, regulations, procedures.
Current career or career-conditional employees of the Federal government, or former career or career-conditional employees, who have a break in service of less than one year, are required to meet the time-in-grade restriction of one year of Federal experience at the next lower-grade.
You must meet all Eligibility and Qualification requirements, including time-in-grade restrictions and any selective placement factors if applicable, by 01/03/2025.
This position does not allow substituting education for experience.
You may be required to serve an initial probationary period.
You may be required to serve an initial supervisory probation period.
This position is designated as a LOW RISK position. It requires a fully completed and favorably adjudicated SF85 Background Investigation (T1 or equivalent) that is current (within the last 5 years). This is a condition of employment.
