Responsibilities
Responsible for developing a comprehensive strategy for business diversity & sustainability programs to strengthen the supplier diversity pipeline
Responsible for Diversity reporting, programs metrics, and benchmarks
Responsible for internal & external reporting, programs metrics, including annual reports and surveys
Monitor, analyze, and report progress on purchases relative to sustainability (climate action, human rights, & responsible sourcing)
Track & support projects aligned with achieving immediate objectives, as well as annual & long-term business goals.
Use a robust and consistent approach to quantify and measure engagement.
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with diverse supplier organizations identifying mutually beneficial opportunities to increase engagement, foster connections and increase community presence
Organize & partner cross-functionally for the completion of customer inquiries, and surveys related to Sustainable Sourcing topics
Maximize value chain partnerships with customers, suppliers, industry organizations, NGOs, regulatory agencies and/or Academia.
Work with Risk and Compliance, EHS, Procurement, and Analytics team as applicable to develop an auditing & reporting process
Recognize and encourage suppliers who exhibit a commitment to diversity, irrespective of company size, longevity, and ownership
Build Supplier Diversity and Sustainability standards in all supplier touchpoints (i.e., Code of Conduct, RFPs, Contracts)
Partner with category and product managers, business partners, and technical staff to understand requirements and to proactively educate the broader business about the importance of responsible sourcing and managing the supply chain to mitigate human rights, environmental, social, and other risks.
Match supplier capabilities with stakeholders' business needs by maintaining a list of qualified and diverse suppliers across most procurement categories

Required
Bachelor’s Degree and demonstrate solid experience working with global EHS or compliance programs (•Preferably with focus on Environmental Science, Sustainability, Policy, Industrial Ecology, Engineering or a related field•)
Demonstrate a high-level understanding of the global ESG workspace, with 2 years proven experience and expertise in ESG or a minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or supplier quality management /engineering and strong interest in ESG.
Provide ESG project leadership experience and key indicator metrics in support of substantial project success.
Experience in enthusiastically leading change, communicating with stakeholders at all levels to successfully lead senior management through change process.
Flexible and willing to cover multiple time-zones based on needs of programs and projects.
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and show excellent organizational and cross-functional project management skills.
Demonstrate a thorough and logical approach to proactively solving complex problems and implementing solutions.
Data Driven. High Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio required.
