Responsibilities

Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure raw material and packaging compliance.

Lead the site supplier qualification process. Review all documentation submitted by suppliers to ensure compliance to requirements prior to approval.

Responsible for electronic supplier file maintenance in site database and ERP systems. Ensure supplier documentation is current and make updates as appropriate.

Investigate incoming OOS material and production complaints of raw material and packaging nonconformities and issue appropriate Supplier Corrective Action if necessary and conduct appropriate follow-ups.

Review existing supplier contracts and change notifications and update where applicable.

Manage supplier related change management.

Review supplier notification for product and process changes and work with associated departments to coordinate in-house validation/verification activities.
