Responsibilities

Proficient in applying and leading implementation of Six Sigma, FMEA, RCCA, and other advanced quality tools.

Manage complex projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution.

Lead and motivate teams to achieve quality objectives.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders through excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ensure execution is aligned with the quality and affordability goals set by the LM Aero programs.
