Responsibilities
Consultant/Sr. Analyst resource (Min 2 years’ experience; preferably ~4): the right can-do attitude and mindset are the most important. Eager to learn/develop, resilient, flexible, creative and humour.
The ability to apply previous experience (from a reasonably significant assignment) to a larger/ more complex enterprise.
Demonstrated exposure/contribution to one technology transformational project preferably SC related and/or ERP and/or Direct Materials Sourcing
Demonstrate the desire to grow and develop as an SME in the SCDM space or Direct Materials Sourcing
Strong analytical capabilities, asset development, communications, office technology with good exposure to at least one major tech platform (certification is a plus)
Ability to be hands-on with transactional work, combined with the ability to effectively plan and contribute to the wider business
Consultant/Sr. Analyst: Support the DM Practice in all activities critical for success:
Perform specific mandates on assigned projects
Guide and develop assets
On-going DM Solution development
