Responsibilities
Analyze incoming demand for key customer accounts with a focus on reconciling demand and supply imbalances.
Review key customer inventory, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
Synchronize with Supply to support optimized planning activities and on-time shipping.
Develop, monitor, and report key performance metrics for key customer accounts.
Support Sales Ops Execution and ESOP functions with key customer analytics.
Build relationships with key customer-facing functions and Ops/Manufacturing.
Identify and address discrepancies in data or processes and drive corrective actions.
Maintain accurate documentation of processes, reports, and analyses.
Work with IT to develop advanced Supply Chain analytical tools and reporting.
Participate in S&OE projects and studies for key customer accounts.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in the areas of Supply Chain Management, Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, Finance, or Logistics preferred.
5+ years of supply chain planning, Accounting, or related experience in a manufacturing environment
High technical aptitude with analytics, presentation content, and communication skills
Able to work with cross-functional teams and external subject matter experts
Passionate about building and owning innovative, customer-facing services/products
Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as: Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP supply chain management systems
Excellent analytical and problem identification/solving skills with strong modeling, scenario building, and data visualization skills
Preferred
Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Analytics, or related field
HVAC / Water Heating industry experience preferred
Experience using Oracle
Experience with Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) process
Continuous Improvement projects in a manufacturing operations environment
APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional or relevant supply chain certification
