Responsibilities

Analyze and communicate value stream and/or supply chain capacity and constraints

Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions

Collaborate with internal and external partners for process improvement

Represent the supply chain/logistics function in improvement projects

Required

Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent experience. Degree in Supply Chain or Engineering discipline preferred.

Working knowledge of supply chain technologies (ERP, Warehouse Management System)

Experience in data and statistical analysis

Skills and experience with Microsoft Suite, ERP, and Reporting systems

Ability to effectively collaborate and work with cross functional teams

Preferred

Working knowledge of lean tools such as pull, PDCA thinking, value stream mapping, 5Y, etc.

Experience with the following systems: SAP, BAAN, Power BI, Tableau, Minitab, AutoCad, Inventor, Python
