Responsibilities
Utilize various analytical tools and methodologies to analyze supply chain data.
Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into supply chain performance.
Identify sales trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement based on data analysis.
Monitor order status and provide updates to customers as needed.
Proactively communicate with 3PL and customers regarding relevant updates.
Process orders promptly and accurately in accordance with established procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand for products or materials.
Develop and maintain inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize shortages or excess inventory.
Monitor inventory levels and analyze demand patterns to ensure timely replenishment and minimize stockouts.
Identify process inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive cost savings.
Assess potential risks within the supply chain, including disruptions in supply, transportation, or demand fluctuations.
Collaborate with Procurement, Account Management, Project Management, Field Service, and Sales to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
Escalate issues to Manager for efficient solution path
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required
High school diploma or GED
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Ex. Advanced Excel
1+ years of experience in supply chain through an internship or co-op.
Data-Driven with strong analytical skills
Takes initiative and can successfully partner with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
Must be able to manage competing priorities with excellent organizational skills.
Effective communication skills both written and oral
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Experience in demand /supply planning/ Order fulfillment /3PL process experience.
