Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory levels, transportation costs, and lead times.
Use data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present insights and findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to streamline supply chain processes.
Propose and implement strategies to reduce costs, minimize delays, and improve overall efficiency.
Perform root-cause analysis to address recurring issues and develop solutions.
Work closely with sales and production teams to forecast demand accurately and align supply chain operations.
Optimize inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
Monitor and adjust safety stock levels based on market trends and historical data.
Evaluate supplier performance to ensure timely deliveries and adherence to quality standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to improve collaboration.
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
Leverage supply chain management tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to monitor and improve workflows.
Recommend and implement technologies to enhance supply chain visibility and automation.
Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and geopolitical factors affecting supply chain operations.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data and reporting.
Preferred
Master’s degree or additional certifications (e.g., CSCP, APICS, Six Sigma) are a plus.
2+ years in a similar role in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
Familiarity with demand planning, procurement, or inventory management.
Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
