Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to inventory levels, demand forecasts, supplier performance, and transportation costs.

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop accurate demand forecasts and optimize inventory levels.

Support procurement activities by identifying cost-saving opportunities, analyzing supplier performance, and negotiating contracts.

Monitor inventory levels, analyze inventory turnover, and develop replenishment strategies and safety stock policies.

Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize transportation routes, reduce freight costs, and enhance delivery performance.

Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or optimization within the supply chain.

Required

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Operations Research, Inventory Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Proven experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, procurement, or related roles.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, MS Power BI, and MS Access.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.

Knowledge of supply chain management principles, forecasting methodologies, and inventory optimization techniques.
