Responsibilities

Develop and calculate metrics to facilitate key performance indicators.

Provide financial advice to the management team for sound financial and operational decisions.

Support monthly close process including timely monthly reporting of plan performance.

Support the preparation of the financial supply chain & co-manufacturing budget/plan & support product standard costs.

Provide solid analysis of procurement & co-manufacturing performance on a monthly basis vs plan, prior year, and forecasts.

Instill strong cost control and planning discipline to the team in controlling costs.

Work with plant/corporate finance on several initiatives including providing cost information for innovation and cost reduction projects, identifying cost/performance improvement opportunities and leadership of companywide initiatives.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the supply chain accounting systems and records, as well as strict compliance to all company policies, procedures, and controls.

Support tracking and reporting CAPEX spending relating to co-manufacturing.
