Responsibilities

Build and manage transfers of finished goods between facilities to support On Time Shipping and Inventory Turn goals.

Act as the planner for bulk fluid tankers, reviewing Net Requirements and working closely with the Production Scheduler.

Manage raw materials and/or chemical parts, providing weekly metric tracking for inventory turns.

Input internal weekly metric tracking for On Time Shipping, track back orders, and collaborate with other teams.

Provide weekly updates to the production schedule, communicate with suppliers, and support cost-saving initiatives.

Ensure all Work Instructions and Procedures are updated annually, participate in Continuous Improvement projects.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, optimize work processes, and drive results effectively.

Required

Bachelor’s degree is required; a Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Logistics concentration is preferred.

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word); experience using MRP systems is a plus.

Excellent communication skills required.

Exceptional work ethic and desire to succeed.

Ability to work with and build strong relationships with suppliers and customers.

Preferred

Prior experience (3+ yrs.) with Inventory Management, Purchasing, or Supply Chain is preferred.

Prior Supply Chain experience buying accessories, raw materials, packaged chemicals or in the chemical industry is preferred. Manufacturing environment is also preferred.
