Responsibilities
Analyze supply chain data to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Collaborate with Purchasing and Operations to monitor inventory levels, production schedules, and lead times to optimize stock availability and reduce the risk of stockouts.
Work alongside Purchasing, Operations, and Sales teams to forecast demand, manage supplier performance, and implement effective inventory control strategies.
Develop and track performance metrics and KPIs to measure supply chain efficiency.
Identify and implement cost-saving measures through improved procurement practices, logistics streamlining, and process automation.
Support supplier negotiations and develop strong relationships to ensure consistent supply, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Assess and recommend new suppliers based on criteria such as cost, quality, and delivery performance.
Create reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Assist with the implementation of supply chain software and technological solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, or procurement role, ideally within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets and derive meaningful insights.
Proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems.
Advanced Excel skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
Preferred
Experience with Epicor, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
Knowledge of construction fasteners or related products is an advantage but not required.
