Responsibilities
Maintain perpetual inventory levels of returnable packaging across the customer’s supply chain
Plan and create shipping schedules for returnable packaging by analyzing demand data and current inventory levels
Enter transactions and other data into ORBIS’ internal data management system
Communicate with various stakeholders about reusable packaging orders, pickups, inventory, and related issues
Track adjustments to returnable packaging inventory balances and coordinate cycle counts
Support problem-solving activities to resolve discrepancies related to reusable packaging in customers’ supply chains
Create bills of lading and customs documents for proper delivery of packaging shipments
Manage KPIs and scorecards related to customers’ supply chain efficiencies
Develop, maintain, and present reports to internal and external customers
Build and maintain relations with internal and external contacts

Required
Strong MS Excel skills, with experience using an inventory management system preferred
Ability to handle the stress of working with others and managing multiple projects
Ability to lead in meetings and by example
Self-directed and able to manage daily tasks and time
Ability to stand for 4+ hours a day
Ability to lift a minimum of 35 pounds
Ability to travel up to 10%

Excellent communication skills using Email, Teams and Phone
