Responsibilities
Develop strategies using data, analytics, and machine learning algorithms to enhance supply chain decision-making and performance.
Manage projects to implement solutions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Achieve sustainable cost reductions through optimization and process enhancements.
Provide analytic insights into supply chain operations to exceed customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational strategies.
Create innovative analytics and metrics to assist client business units in decision-making.
Work autonomously to design new service offerings for clients.
Enhance customer value through insights and recommendations.
Utilize AI/ML techniques like predictive modeling and clustering for data analysis.
Optimize process flow efficiency within the supply chain and organization.
Report to the Supply Chain Manager – Integrated Logistics Design.
May require travel up to 20% of the time.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or related field; MBA is a plus.
2+ years of supply chain management experience with demonstrated expertise in strategic growth.
Seeks continuous improvement with the ability to drive change.
Proficiency with data visualization software, including Tableau.
Familiarity with AI/ML tools and programming languages such as Python, R, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques in the context of AI/ML.
Ability to analyze data using advanced statistical techniques, formulas and calculations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply forward-thinking techniques to complex supply chain challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams on logistics optimization projects.
Preferred
APICS certification is a plus.
PMP certification is a plus.
