Responsibilities

Develop and maintain data pipelines using SQL and Python to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
Create and maintain databases, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing recommendations for improvements.
Lead automation projects with a world-class team of engineers and designers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams (operations, logistics, engineering) to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
Implement data visualization tools to effectively communicate complex insights to stakeholders.
Own and manage end-to-end demand planning and forecasting processes.
Work with internal stakeholders to align forecasts and demand plans.
Present recommendations related to supply and demand to drive timely decisions.
Support Integrated Business Planning processes within the Infrastructure team.
Lead automation projects and collaborate with IT developers to streamline supply chain processes.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain optimization.
3+ years of experience using SQL & Python.
Proficiency in Python libraries like pandas and NumPy for data manipulation and analysis.
Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred

Familiarity with supply chain management software, such as SAP or Oracle.
Experience with ERP or supply chain system implementation.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, ISM).
Experience with statistical forecasting.
Experience in Big Tech.
