Responsibilities

Track and trace all inbound shipments and communicate delays and/or changes to affected departments when necessary

Coordinate and manage transportation activities, including scheduling, routing, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods

Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities, including shipment details, invoices, and delivery confirmations

Assist in the development and implementation of transportation strategies to support overall supply chain efficiency and effectiveness

Prepare and present regular reports on transportation performance, including on-time delivery rates, cost analysis, and carrier performance

Cultivate strong working relationships with cross-functional teams

Support the SCL team with other tasks and projects as required

Required

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field

1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related roles with a focus on transportation management across import/export and parcel shipments

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work autonomously with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills

Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Strong understanding of retail/wholesale supply chain and distribution systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically in Excel and Power BI
