Responsibilities
Contribute to the design, advocacy, and implementation of agency-wide strategies, standards, tools, and best practices in supply chain digitalization that effectively engage partners, donors, and governments. Ensure a cross-sectoral approach that integrates data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and supply chain traceability.
Provide technical solutions globally and to regional and country teams for strategic planning, program design, and implementation of digital systems in supply chain management. This includes guiding teams in the adaptation of global standards, best practices, partnership principles, and tools.
Contribute to HQ, regional, and country program staff efforts to pre-position CRS for strategic growth opportunities related to supply chain digitalization. Provide technical guidance in proposal development and project design with a focus on complex projects to ensure innovative programming solutions and technical excellence. Support CPs to appropriately staff project teams.
Support project and program implementation: capture country-specific business requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet health supply chain needs, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management, enable smooth pre-deployment planning, including data migration, validation, staff training, and post-deployment support.
Design and implement capacity strengthening initiatives for staff and partners in digital supply chain management, including developing learning and training strategies, organizing workshops, and mentoring staff.
Oversee knowledge management and learning in supply chain digitalization by capturing, documenting, and sharing key successes, promising practices, and lessons learned, both internally and externally.
Represent the organization at global and regional forums to ensure collaboration, shared learning, and influence on future digital supply chain funding opportunities and policies.

Required
Master’s Degree in supply chain management, information technology, international development, or a related field (or a bachelor’s degree with significant relevant experience).
Minimum of seven years of work experience in digital supply chain transformation, project management, or system implementation, ideally within a global health, government, international development, or humanitarian context.
Strong understanding and application of technical principles and concepts in supply chain digitalization, and a good knowledge of related disciplines to ensure proper cross-sectoral approach.
Track record of contributing to successful business development activities capturing public and/or private donor funding in the use of technology for supply chain management.
Experience and skills to represent the organization at meetings with donors, government, international NGOs, local partners – faith-based and civil society. Understanding of partnership principles.
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing eLMIS, ERP, Warehouse Management, and/or inventory management solutions reflecting global standards and employing traceability measures. Experience integrating digital supply chain technologies with data and analytics tools and digital health platforms is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Web Conferencing Applications and strong understanding of information and budget management systems and knowledge-sharing networks.
Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in French is an asset.
Must be willing and able to travel internationally up to 40%.
Preferred
Experience in the development and production of curricula, tools, and other products to support interventions and programming. Demonstrated experience to transfer knowledge to diverse audiences through training, mentoring, and other formal and informal methods.
Experience with program monitoring and evaluation including development of indicators, data collection tools and methodologies, data analysis, and data presentation.
