Responsibilities

Develop and implement advanced forecasting models using AI, machine learning, and statistical techniques to predict demand, optimize inventory levels, and anticipate supply chain disruptions.
Analyze complex supply chain data from multiple sources, including sales, operations, and external factors, to extract meaningful insights and drive decision-making.
Design and maintain IT systems and tools for supply chain analytics, integrating with existing ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and other relevant platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve Sales & Operations Planning, revenue planning, and overall supply chain efficiency.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of forecasting models and supply chain strategies.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses and construct financial models to support supply chain optimization initiatives.
Investigate pain points within the supply chain process and develop innovative IT solutions to resolve conflicts and inefficiencies.
Create comprehensive performance reports for management, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in supply chain forecasting and analytics, continuously improving methodologies and tools.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics and forecasting, with a strong focus on IT systems and data analysis
Expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, predictive modeling, and Operation Research techniques
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP
Experience with big data technologies and cloud-based analytics platforms
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred

Supply chain management certification
Experience with AI and machine learning applications in supply chain forecasting
Knowledge of IoT and blockchain technologies in supply chain management
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
