Responsibilities

Provide data analysis using techniques from a range of disciplines, to describe, predict, and help supply chain make effective business decisions that improve business performance.

Develop and execute inventory control methods and reports ensuring accurate and appropriate inventory levels.

Work with complex processes and organizational structures to provide process flows.

Resolve problems along with making improvements associated with inventory, demand planning, and system integrity.

Advance, execute, and maintain tools as well as techniques required to evaluate the impact of proposed schedule changes.

Analyze situations to synchronize production, storage, and transport with demand requirements.

Communicate information across the supply chain and throughout the enterprise by integrating and aligning processes, procedures, and practices with multiple organizations to effectively execute.

Perform data analysis to report actual results against the Master Production Schedule.

Make recommendations and/ or implements solutions by completing value stream data analysis in support of programs, organizations, and multiple business units.

Progress advanced technological ideas and guided the development to completion to enhance the organization's capability.

Coordinate and authorize the release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability.

Implement and maintain process improvements and standard work, by analyzing and establishing best practices for Supply Chain to improve performance.

Support incorporation of change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions.

Verify and incorporate engineering, and production schedules into supply chain operating plans.

Collaborate with supply chain business units, and other functions within the value stream to achieve goals and objectives and establish standards.
