Responsibilities
Build, mentor, and lead our global Supply Chain team, ensuring they are empowered to excel and innovate.
Develop and execute an efficient SIOP/S&OP process to optimize production and inventory targets, supporting our growth trajectory.
Collaborate closely with production partners to align on schedules and keep internal teams informed of any adjustments.
Analyze industry-wide material costs, identifying savings opportunities and refining procurement strategies.
Implement cutting-edge supply chain technologies and systems to enhance efficiency and operational excellence.
Cultivate strong relationships with key partners and negotiate favorable terms to maintain a world-class supply chain.
Own the month-end deliverables for Supply Chain, collaborating closely with Finance to ensure accurate reporting and budget management.
Drive cost optimization initiatives while upholding quality and sustainability standards.

Required
4+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Operations, ideally in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or related industries.
Proven experience managing global teams and thriving in entrepreneurial, high-growth environments.
Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building and maintaining partnerships.
A proactive problem solver with a passion for innovation and a drive to challenge the status quo.
Preferred
Familiarity with retail and direct-to-consumer (DTC) supply chains.
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to nutritional supplements is a plus.
Interest in health, fitness, and nutrition is beneficial.
