Responsibilities
Facilitate the Purchase Order (PO) process by generating PO requisitions, sending POs to suppliers, and monitoring adherence to purchasing procedures.
Oversee the Short Order process on site, including the creation, filing, and monitoring of all short orders.
Validate supplier invoices, ensure accurate posting against POs, and serve as the main point of contact for suppliers regarding invoices and payments.
Collaborate with the Commercial Site Manager to enhance cost control by providing insights on site purchases and improving forecast accuracy.
Establish and maintain a comprehensive inventory of site assets by creating and managing an assets log and performing regular inventory audits.
Track, monitor, and log site inventories, purchases, assets, and equipment to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Assist with various ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
