Supply Chain Planning Analyst

Responsibilities
Maintain ERP daily maintenance of all Finished Goods and Raw Material SKU’s, along with associated BOM and routing set-ups throughout the product lifecycle with a critical level of accuracy
Coordinate product specifications collection and incorporate into product master data
Coordinate with Finance teams to ensure item costs are updated timely with changes in product data
Perform ongoing reviews of min/max and SMQ target inventory levels to identify necessary stock model overrides needed to ensure inventory optimization
Work closely with Supply Chain leadership and Plants’ representatives to align PDM setup with ERP Stock Model Fundamentals
Monitor forecasting and capacity planning updates to assist in identifying gaps and address overrides needed to reduce service exposure and risk
Support quarterly reviews of Obsolete and Slow Moving Inventory, and SKU rationalization opportunities
Back-up to Master Scheduler for intercompany and interplant order management
Interface extensively with cross-functional resources (Supply Chain, Customer Service, Forecasting, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Purchasing, Finance, etc.)
Maintain various reporting systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness, and participate heavily in the Company’s upcoming new Sage X3 ERP system implementation and testing
Responsible for Ad Hoc analysis and projects as requested

Required
Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management or related field or equivalent.
3+ years working in a Manufacturing Supply Chain role.
3+ Experience with ERP systems (Sage X3 preferred).
Must possess a strong knowledge of supply chain fundamentals, ERP systems and product/material cost structures
Work independently in a fast-paced work environment, with the ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented.
Excellent interpersonal communication and critical thinking skills.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Reporting capabilities utilizing multiple data sources and a high level of accuracy.
Preferred
APICS certification or equivalent preferred
