Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.

Coordinate resources, tasks, and activities to execute projects according to plan.

Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.

Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.

Lead the implementation of IT solutions, such as ERP systems, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), SCM (Supply Chain Management) software, and other relevant technologies.

Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements to ensure timely delivery and quality of solutions.

Develop and conduct system testing and training to ensure smooth adoption by end-users.

Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization within the Wound Pros Execution value chain.

Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions for enhancing supply chain efficiency and competitiveness.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications

Proven experience in IT project management, specifically within the supply chain

Deep understanding of supply chain processes, systems, and technologies

Strong project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication

Team player - excellent leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams

Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems, prioritize tasks, and drive results in a dynamic environment

Proficiency in project management tools/software (Asana and Microsoft Office Suite)
