Responsibilities

Accountable for monitoring and trending supply usage in customer facility to budget and reporting to senior department management at the Health System.

Serves as the main contact for all supply and service vendors of the center and ensures compliance to the Health System’s service and supply contracts.

Manages inventory for Health System Center(s) to meet customer needs within budget constraints.

Identifies cost-saving opportunities related to special order and non-contract purchases, working with Health System Management to develop supply chain management goals.

Reports and analyzes inventory flow, making recommendations to Health System Management.

Performs scheduled cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels and replenishment patterns.

Assists in developing the Health System’s supply budget departmental supply budget.

Attends Supply Chain related meetings and participates in special projects as required.
