Responsibilities

Define Testing Requirements and Scope
Identify and evaluate which areas of the supply chain are impacted (Device, Network, or both).
Define the high-level test scope based on users, workflows, lines of business, and applications/modules involved.
Draft and Develop Test Cases
Analyze business acceptance criteria to establish test case objectives.
Collaborate with technical teams to understand the proposed solutions and validate requirements.
Partner with business stakeholders and/or delivery managers to develop detailed test cases.
Document test cases/scripts with clear traceability from requirements through testing phases.
Finalize and obtain approval for test cases, ensuring alignment with the agreed-upon toolset.
Review and Influence External Test Plans
Work with IT partner teams, including System Quality Assurance Resources (SQAR), End-to-End Testing (E2E), System Integration Testing (SIT), and other lines of business, to review and provide input on test plans.
Collaborate with 3PL and 4PL vendor partners to ensure their test plans align with internal requirements.
Manage Vendor Partner Testing (3PL)
Coordinate with 3PL vendors to collect and document testing plan details.
Create, update, and monitor the Vendor Test Report (VTR) to track individual test efforts or development tasks.
Manage VTR levels of effort (LOEs) and purchase orders (POs).
Oversee VTR-related communication, manage off-hours and weekend support requests, and escalate issues as needed.
Lead weekly VTR and development task meetings.
Test Execution and Monitoring
Confirm entrance criteria, ensure test environments are configured, and validate user access to applications.
Oversee the creation or acquisition of prerequisite test data.
Manage user access to testing tools for script execution and defect logging.
Track and log test results, identify and log defects, and coordinate retesting as required.
Test Status and Defect Management
Provide daily status reports and host regular test status calls and defect review meetings.
Conduct defect triage, root cause analysis, SLA management, and handle escalation as necessary.
Test Exit and Transition
Prepare a comprehensive test exit status report.
Support the Go/No-Go decision-making process and coordinate knowledge transfer and handover sessions.
Deployment and Go-Live Support
Plan Business Validation Testing (BVT) and establish processes for smooth production go-live.
Set up and manage BVT war rooms, organize status update calls, and issue daily reports during go-live.
Monitor production environments for defects, manage logging and tracking, and ensure timely escalation and SLA compliance.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience in supply chain testing, user acceptance testing, or related areas.
Strong knowledge of UAT processes, supply chain systems, and testing methodologies.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and facilitate test execution.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred

Experience with UAT tools and traceability software.
Understanding of 3PL/4PL testing environments and vendor management.
Familiarity with SLA management, root cause analysis, and escalation procedures.
