Responsibilities

Management and continual development of a materials testing lab, including developing test methods/SOPs and managing a testing backlog

Conduct material testing on packaging substrates for e-commerce shipping by using industry standards

Maintenance of quality assurance in the lab across a variety of substrates and test methods

Manage multiple projects and varied tasks simultaneously

Guide internal and external teams regarding materials selection based on robust testing

Maintain and promote Safety within the Lab

Regularly calibrate and maintain testing equipment

Required

4+ years of software development, or 4+ years of technical support experience

Experience scripting in modern program languages

Knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating system

Experience analyzing and troubleshooting RESTful web API calls
