Responsibilities

Daily Documentation: Document all activities, projects, and tickets in real-time in the ticketing system.
Ticket Handoff: Ensure in-progress tickets are handed off and documented before the end of the shift.
Ticket Monitoring: Monitor the ticket gateway and designated queues.
Issue Escalation: Escalate issues according to documented procedures in IT Glue.
Client Interaction: Build rapport with clients during onsite assignments through in-person troubleshooting, site walkthroughs, and face-to-face interactions.
Travel: Be prepared to travel up to 25-50% as required.

Required

Proficient in incident management and allocating time to tickets
Experience in remoting into systems, pushing scripts, and running action creations
Strong understanding of domain controllers, group policy, and security groups
Expertise in VMware/Hyper-V for user incident support and operational support
Deep knowledge of MS Windows, server differentiation (physical/virtual), server patching, and maintenance
Proficient in network troubleshooting, DHCP & DNS, VLAN issues, and circuit/ISP issues
Strong knowledge of AzureAD and Microsoft 365
Maintain strong knowledge of servers, network, applications, etc., for specific client assignments
Proficiency in managing client computers and servers remotely, including pushing scripts and running actions (Datto RMM)
